Erin grew up in rural western Pennsylvania and earned her B.S. in molecular biology from Grove City College. She moved to Nashville to complete her Ph.D. in cellular and molecular pathology from Vanderbilt University, studying the molecular mechanisms of prostate cancer. Given the opportunity to teach in the physician assistant program at Trevecca, she felt incredibly blessed to be in a place where she could share her passion for medical physiology and play a role in training clinicians who will compassionately serve those who are in most need.
Erin is a wife and a mother of four children who bring her great joy and constantly remind her of God’s unconditional love.
