George is an instructor in the organizational intelligence program. He has taught as an adjunct professor since 2012 in various Christian universities and academic areas including organizational intelligence and transformation, HR management, public administration and computer science.
Outside of teaching, he has led global business transformation and change programs on behalf of Microsoft and many other clients around the world. George has served as a program director, bringing together business and technology consultants, architects, change practitioners and project managers to deliver outcomes in some of the toughest customer and industry environments. His travels over the last 30 years across four continents have informed his research and passion for different cultures, diversity practices, innovation, leadership, technology adoption and more.
He is married with three children, the youngest of which is currently studying child psychology at Trevecca.
