James teaches management and statistics/research in a variety of programs across campus, including the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). He received his Ph.D. from the State University of New York (Albany) in 2000. Outside of Trevecca, he serves as a statistical consultant for industry and individual researchers. He lives in Mount Juliet with his wife and three children. James is active in his local church and coaches youth soccer year round.
