Oscar is an ordained elder at The Potter’s House Church with T.D. Jakes. A gifted musician, composer, playwright and producer, he serves as CEO of Speak Life Academy of Arts and Music. He is also a music ambassador with the U.S. State Department and U.S. Embassy’s cultural exchange programs.
