Formerly the senior advisor and chief strategist at the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington D.C., Robert retired after 27 years of federal service in several leadership and program management roles with agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, US Capitol Police and NASA. He first began his public service career after serving in the US Army, then with the Philadelphia Police Department.
Since retiring, he has begun a second act with the Leidos Defense Group, providing subject matter expertise in business process research and implementation for clients in the defense and national security sectors
Robert attended Harvard University’s Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellows Program and the Senior Executives in National and International Security Program. Additionally, he holds professional certification in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
His passion is working with those driven to produce better outcomes from their efforts that ultimately build better organizations, better communities and better lives.
Robert lives in southern coastal Delaware with his wife, Kristin, and 11-year-old Havanese, Boomer.
