Terrence is a practicing psychologist and author with extensive experience in diversity leadership and higher education. He’s also a pastor who has provided important training for Fortune 500 companies and counseling for NBA players. At Trevecca, Terrence focuses on intercultural and biblical reconciliation training for our faculty and employees and assisting our campus leaders in planning and implementing belonging initiatives.
