University Commons Opens for the Fall 2023 Semester
Nearly 300 students will enjoy spacious new living quarters and amenities on Trevecca’s campus in the new University Commons facility this fall.
The split-level building offers a spectacular panoramic view of the downtown skyline. It also features a convenience store; apartment-style rooms with full kitchens and lounges; a fitness room and fitness studio; gaming and multipurpose rooms; a central laundry that allows students to manage laundry via an app; and a tiered outdoor courtyard.
Construction on the residence hall began in November of 2021, and the building will be occupied for the first time as Trevecca begins the 2023-2024 academic year.
