Music Leadership (B.S.)

The purpose of the Bachelor of Science in music leadership is to equip individuals who want to pursue various careers in leadership roles in the commercial music community. This degree demonstrates our commitment in making Nashville our classroom by equipping students as studio managers, copyright professionals, music production experts, tour coordinators, audio engineers, leadership mentors and more.

What to Expect

The Bachelor of Science in music leadership is unique to Trevecca. Students have the opportunity to specialize in three uniquely designed tracks while learning important aspects of music, leadership and management:

  • Entrepreneurial studies

Leadership skills are crucial for students hoping to enter the industry in this exciting and rapidly changing community. In Trevecca’s program, they can learn how to design and implement practical organization management, develop strategic planning and decision making skills, cultivate practical problem-solving methods and become effective communicators. This degree provides opportunity for students to develop leadership skills with traditional and contemporary music as a core.

The degree also provides students with more in-depth studies in music technologies, marketing and performance practices, recording studio protocol, artist management and more.
